Payment

We use a reputable third party company called Paypal for all our online payments. This ensures safe online shopping for each transaction. We also offer payment over the phone either by credit card or direct funds transfer into our account. If you would like to arrange payment by credit card or direct funds transfer please contact our office during normal (AEST) business hours.

Freight

At The Backyard Boutique we always aim to keep delivery charges to a minimum.

Australia Post is the carrier we use for the majority of our shipments. Freight charges are calculated based upon the cumulative total of the products in your shopping basket (inclusive of any discounts applied). Orders over $100.00 will receive free Australia wide delivery (see below for exclusions to these conditions). Orders under the $100.00 mark will incur a flat $12.95 delivery rate. Gift certificate only orders will incur a small $3.50 postage and handling fee. If ordering gift certificates please select the appropriate shipping charge at checkout.

Australia Post places restrictions on parcels and will not accept parcels heavier than 22kg in weight or parcels whose dimensions exceed 105cm in length or 200cm in girth. Therefore orders containing more than one item may be dispatched as multiple parcels. Due to these restrictions we may need to use a courier for larger items. These items may incur a slightly higher delivery fee. If an item incurs a higher delivery fee you will be notified by one of our staff prior to dispatch.

We aim to have all orders dispatched within 2-3 working days of receiving them. If your order has not been delivered within 10 working days please contact us at info@thebackyardboutique.com.au and we will advise of its estimated delivery. If you are not at the shipping address when the parcel is delivered Australia Post will leave a card detailing arrangements for pickup at your local post office. When the delivery is made by courier, arrangements for pick-up or subsequent drop off will be as per the courier contract made with The Backyard Boutique at the time of booking.
