About Us

My name is Belinda Lloyd and it has been an aspiration of mine to open The Backyard Boutique in some form for many years. After renovating my own backyard in 2009, I found that most products sold online for the outdoors were lacking in quality and or style. I searched Australia and overseas to find beautiful pieces that would stand the test of time in my own yard. It was from this that the inspiration came to create The Backyard Boutique, an Australian shopping website brimming with beautifully designed, hand-crafted and unique products that are not easily sourced elsewhere. The range includes homewares, gorgeous gifts and children's toys and accessories all with an outdoor focus.

Being a mother of two young children I am extremely passionate about enjoying the great outdoors and it is my hope that by providing exceptional products it will improve the look and useability of outdoor spaces in many other homes.
